Picture of FIPG usage on Valve Covers during valve cover gasket replacement?

Ya that's good. Just needs to fill the corner as a rubber gasket would never be able to get in there perfectly and seal.

    Problem with arp studs

Threads need to be chased and cleaned. Studs only need to be hand tight. And cams might have to be pulled.

    Spark plugs

Sorry nash but that makes no sense. Most manufactures these days dont recommend plugs till 100k plus. So your first post was irrelevant as platinum's are more efficient in the long run than coppers. And this never had anything about being cheap so i don't get what you are trying to get at...

    question about jdm tiger japanese

There horrible. Read all the shitty reviews. All importers will have bad reviews but they have an excessive amount. I got my 1jz from Jdm engine crop. Was clean a shit. Only replaced front and rear mains and timing belt, oil pan Reseal, oil filter housing. Still have same valve cover gaskets...

    Spark plugs

Not entirely. Platinums are cheaper in the long run and for a na running 0 boost there is no point for a cheaper plug that doesn't last as long and requires frequent changing invoking taking off the y pipe in order to change them.

thinking of using the AEM pencil coil

If your going to switch switch to 1zz smart coils. They have built in igniters so you don't need an igniter and you don't need any sort of "spark boost". They will handle all your needs. Albert makes the adapter bolt on plate for 7m and jz. Iirc he is also using them on his 700+hp 1jz.

thinking of using the AEM pencil coil

Would work fine. You only use 3 out of the 4 wires on the coil.

thinking of using the AEM pencil coil

Could also use 1zz smart coils. Prolly cheaper than the aems as well.

    How Screwed Am I?

The na will have hooks as we'll. can also use bolts in the head but the hooks are far easier. Also FYI next time just remove the engine with everything attached including the harness. It's far easier to pull everything off with the engine out of the car. Also it's a lot easier to pull engine...

    How Screwed Am I?

Prolly not but you could do the whole thing in a weekend. If your going to pull the engine might as well get a gasket kit from dm for 100 and then a felpro or toyota hg. Tha along will take a little longer. IF your fast at pulling the engine would take a hour or 2. Get everything off and the...

    How Screwed Am I?

Is it knocking? If oil pressure has indeed dropped that much the bearings are not going to last long.

    Spark plugs

Thats why 7m's turbo and non turbo come with platinum stock? High hp coppers sure. Stock or near stock non turbo why go through the hassle of changing plugs more often when its not needed?

    How is caster adjusted?

Generally its adjusted with camber on the lower control arms. Tho you can only adjust it so far. I would look for a new alignment place or have someone more qualified do the alignment. The hunter alignment rack systems have a screen that will show you where to adjust camber caster and toe.
