GPS Speedometer needed - Read below!

Ya you just remove the facia around the stereo and heater controls. The left side button faces. The thop part above the cluster and then pull the cluster out. It's easy. And just for the sake you can still drive the car with no dash as well.

GPS Speedometer needed - Read below!

Why not just replace the gauge. Dont need to pull the dash to remove it just the cluster and you can still drive the car without it in there. It not hard to guess what your speed is based off other cars. Also the cable is supposed to be greased back there. That is prolly what your squeaky...

Issue with boosting, possible boost leak?

Sounds like a vac leak not a boost leak. Tps shouldnt be bleeding air either. Going to have to go over all the gaskets. Make sure the egr gaskets are good, intake manifold gaskets, tb gasket, and all vac hoses.

Need help identifying sesors on 2jz

Any auto shop should have wiring diagrams for a Lexus. And you can also buy the wiring diagrams from Lexus. But it would help a lot if you just posted pics of what your unsure of. Also you can always just temp place the stock manifold on there and look at where each sensor goes and what they...

Is this the beginning of a BHG?

Studs still need to be torqued. If you reuse them they have all ready had enough heat cycles and have stretched. New ones need to heat up and cool down a few times and then be checked. So if you havnt done that I would check them and if any are loose do the hg. If there tight do a...

    Random lean?

The problem at fact is you have a dummy gauge and not a real wideband so in fact you don't even actually know if your running lean. Second is you have codes and your not trying to fix it. Soo.... Your not helping yourself much here which is not going to help us help you which will eventually...

    Low Impedance Injectors on 2JZ

The aristo uses 440 high imp injectors. So if your running a aristo Ecu you will need a resistor pack from a us mk4 or a mk3. If they were high imp(resistance) or if you were running a us Ecu you would be fine. Also (idk the value) but you could just put a small resistor inline in the wire...

Help a newbie with wire identification (photos included)

first 2 are grounds. A#rd is the factory wire that goes to the post on the alternator. IF your not using that fuse you should have a fuse somewhere for the alternator. The last one i am not sure. Usually there are not grounds on the exhaust side of the engine. Wire color might help tho.

Pre 89 using 89+ body parts

Yes. Everything bolts on. It's pretty easily searched as well. If you want to use the 89+ front turn signal lights and grills you will have to use the 89+ nose panel tho.

    Random lean?

You can also wire the second sensor into the first. Not as useful but will work. Gotta pay to play.
