You can buy it from a dealer, you can get it from a junker. It doesn't look any different then the stock AFM really besides its dimensions.
You want the housing, re-use the stock electronics.
I've got it covered already on the brake clean (its pretty horrible how much grime has accumulated). I don't think I'll be running it on stands though, I have a feeling it'd take an eternity for it to show.

EDIT: Do you happen to have the number for that part? I only see the housing o-ring in the EPC.
JAV - The hose on the opposite side that runs down? Besides that I had the accordion hose off the other day and there was a better then acceptable level of oil film in the port.
shaeff - I replaced all those lines about 6 months ago with new Toyota parts, when they were definitely leaking...
The 680 has more then enough juice in my 1.5 year experience with it. Daily driven year round.
I'm not sitting in a parking lot for hours on end with my 500,000 watt stereo blasting with the motor off though. LOL
Well, I have all new valve cover hardware and gaskets ready to go, it just needs to go on. My cause for these is a separate problem in the back though, and it doesn't seem like the problem up from is coming from them.

Hello all, I'm having an issue with an ever increasing oil leak that appears to be coming from the forward end of the exhaust side of the motor. (CPS ish region)
So, 1st thing was to replace the CPS external o-ring, which was about the consistency of interior hard plastic when I took it off...

I didn't mean that they were necessarily awful to run, just not worth the time/money to change them out all the time for me. Plus I have never had any easily discernible problem from using what I use.
Champions are barely good enough for lawn mowers, and personally I wouldn't have run with coppers either. Hey, at least you'll be able to swap em out pretty soon when they wear out. ;)
Check the TSRM for the gap spec; and what do you mean with or without gasket?
