The rack should be centered and then re aligned. Also camber will make a car pull as well. Often the camber bolts will be sized and the bolts will need to be cut out and replaced. Also some shops like to just set the toe and let it go. with no adjustment to camber/caster.

I don't see one over the fc. Fc has a short whose wheel base and prolly a 50/50 weight ratio with the rotary and is pretty light and a better suspension. Also all kind of availble parts for it.
Better to just not use a clutch start switch and start the car in neutral without pushing the clutch. Better for the thrust bushings in the engine.
