Wouldn't have made it to 20psi without the lex.
And the lex doesn't remove fuel cut it just raises it.
And at 20 psi a safc 1 is quite limited and very basic. Should really be looking for something with more tuning options.
And what's so special about 20psi?
Picture of water pump please.
That shouldn't be the issue.
Also take a picture of the fan on not fittings and the blades clearing the water neck.
The sc300 2jzge water neck is on drivers side. Gte is on passenger. 2jzge fan blades need to be trimmed to clear the water neck or else the fan...
yes but the bov and piping are both before the throttle plate. once the throttle plate is closed it blocks all the pressurized air from going in.
If the throttle return spring was weak and the bov wasnt opening then i could see that.
A bypass valve should not cause those problems. Its purpose to to remove pressure out of the charge pipes for turbo life. once the throttle plate is closed very little to no air should be entering.

Would have to be a major wrong weight.
If not enough friction modifier the diff will be locked or slip very little. I would add a little modifier at a time till it starts un locking.
For your heat. make sure the the heater valve on the firewall is moving. You can apply vacuum straight to the valve with the engine running and the little arm should move up. If it doesnt its siezed and you can try moving by hand.
How did you check the relay? Did you apply power and ground...
