    R154 or A340E/TH350

Mods are in the sig. It's not going to be a drag race only car. It'll still be a street driven weekend machine.

    Mechwarrior Online

I signed up and played during beta. I feel it pales in comparison so far to the days back when Black Knight was popular.

    Braking issues..help

Does the wheel free spin without the caliper on? Also, if that spongy feeling is still there, you might want to replace your vacuum booster.

The age old problem: too much noise/vibration

Hey, a guy can dream can't he? I thought the driver seat alone was close to 100 lbs and the passenger close to 70 lbs. Some threads say that the stock deadening stuff is close to 60 lbs with it all removed. Okay so maybe it's not 500 lbs but shaving 100 lbs is always nice.

I'm not sure of that either, I just know that with the adjustable senor like that you could dial in when you wanted the fan to come on.

    info from the holset guys

If you look at the oil pressure ratings for these, the only time you'd get close to the limit would be a cold start on a shimmed oil pump.

Feels like I'm missing something here....(turbo timer and e-break)

I'll take a picture of my spare one and post it.

The age old problem: too much noise/vibration

Awesome, if you could get those numbers that would be interesting to see how much weight could be removed from the interior while still not sounding like a hollow race car. With the sound deadening material removed and newer put back in with the front seats switched to 'racing' bucket seats. I...

Aerosol like spray from backside of engine when I rev the engine...

Uh? There should be no coolant in that part of the car at all. There is also no hoses what so ever attached to the EGR cooler plate.

89 7mgte runs rough no throttle response

It's because all his bolts weren't tightened to spec properly. Vibration causes dirty things to happen.

Feels like I'm missing something here....(turbo timer and e-break)

There's a microswitch for the e-brake to touch when the e-brake is in its down position.

I'm not sure of the 7m oil temps but something like this would work for a fan control. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/flx-33054/overview/ If you had a standalone, you could always tell the standalone to connect the ground for the fan at X oil temp.

The age old problem: too much noise/vibration

Anyone know the actual numbers for before/after for the sound deadening material removed?

    Onceover.

Green coolant in these engines is a no-no. You need toyota red as these engines are bimetallic and green will eat the head. The oil sending unit on the 7MGTE is behind the water pump on the block.

Aerosol like spray from backside of engine when I rev the engine...

The fan is a clutch fan, it'll free spin after X rpms are reached.

-4 an feed with a -10 an return. Make the return as straight down as possible. Also, the wh1c is a 18cm^2 I believe.

    7M-GTE minimum block/deck height

This would be simple for you to figure out then. How much material can you cut off the block before the piston will be colliding with the head with a 2mm head gasket?
