Dude, the only flywheel I'd buy if I had to would be one of two, the JUN and theres one other company from JP. Even then as CK and Brent said its best to stay stock and spend your money on other things.. I've had countless friends fry the fidanzas and some of the others, they're all stock now.
yeah the modded exterior of a jzs147 definitely had something special to them.. but the jzs161 is a sick ride too. (Im assuming you wouldn't get one post 161 series)
you pass borhor, I consider that an upgrade.. as where the sxe10, jza80 and jzz30 are beautiful cars but they're kinda egh. too...
I wasn't gonna say anything, but yeah I think thats a given.. But FFIM's are pretty pricey right? That and the bumper cover usually conceals whatever setup a car has.
(I could make an ultra sarcastic comment about putting an FFIM or an upgraded FMIC on a 7m but I'll refrain :squint:)
its been very hard for me to locate a set of pre-89 euros.. now I could just be bad at it, but everything else I have found with little trouble so that leads me to believe they are in somewhat short supply over here.

That aside, the more uncommon 1JZ-FSE is an amazing NA motor.. its got an 11:1 compression and can run fine on regular unleaded petrol lol. Its also supposed to have really low emissions IIRC.
I haven't seen any of the major known shops around here use S-chassis clips in probably 2 years. They just gave up and started using motor/ tranny/ acces. instead haha..
But yeah I just hope it wont become more convenient for the japanese to just recycle all scrap yard materials than to sell...
