Relays can buzz when there is not enough voltage to keep them engaged. Whats the battery voltage?

Stock there is only one small wire at the battery positive terminal.

The voltage regulator is bad in the old one. Its easily replaceable if you care to repair it. Its the thing with the aluminum heat sink, under the cover.

#1 is idle air, it goes to the accordion tube. #2 is BOV signal, it should be bolted, sticking up between the intake runners. #3 is pcv it goes to the accordion tube also #4 is BOV signal. It goes to #2

The oil bubbles in the line are normal, for a mechanical gauge.

Then go to the trunk and pull the cover and see what the voltage is at the pump. The way you described was the correct way to get information. That should be the same voltage, the pump is seeing. Which should be much more than a volt. It looks like a fuel pump control issue.

MAP sensor seems good. Whats the voltage at the FP terminal of the diag block, while its trying to cut out? Fuel pressure?

TPS adjustment nor o2 sensor will cause your issue. Check fuel pressure and map sensor signal voltage, post the following voltages. "key on, engine off" "engine running" "whats the voltage when you begin to open the throttle." Whats the actual idle vacuum reading?

Yes the transmission will fit in the tunnel. Is that what you mean by fit? No your current driveshaft will not work. But all you would need, would be a front half of a DS from a NA 5sp.
