    Is the leak coming from the gasket surface, or the weep hole? And yes as Bill noted there are different sized bolts. Where ever you buy the water pump, just make sure its ASIN brand.

    The radiator cap controls the transfer of coolant to and from the overflow. The surfaces(there are two sealing surfaces) on the radiator need to be in good condition for it to work properly.

    #3 goes to the BOV. There is another hardline\bracket that bolts between two intake runners before it goes to the hardlines bolted to the 3000 pipe. Then to the BOV itself.
