    Intake Manifold

none, don't have the engine in the car yet, and it would cost a prohibitive amount to have more made unless i had them cast.

    Rear upper control arm

oem bushings can be had for relatively cheap, as can the energy suspension ones. Install can be a bit tricky without a press though.

    RHD conversion???

obviously, the easiest way to do a RHD swap would be to get yourself a RHD firewall and swap it in. Modify the dash support bar, pick up a JDM heater/AC assy and you should be golden. Wiring will be a bit of a bitch though. I'm still tossing around the idea of picking up a 2.5TTR and doing a...

Spot what doesnt fit with this car

with the pre-89 wing, the dealer could avoid having to punch holes into the quarter panels - this is probably why the pre-89 wings were installed on the later model mk3s

    Part Numbers for Bolts

Despite the price, I would still use toyota bolts for things like the brake calipers. All of the structural bolts are manufactured to different strengths, and the specified torque values reflect this. Using an under-strength bolt may result in the bolt shearing during operation. Also, the...

    Bleeding the clutch, weird issue.

are you pushing fluid out the slave with each pump? Either way, I would try a vacuum bleeder and see if you have the same problem. It could be that your master cylinder is pooched. which part are you missing here? http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/EPC/291420/catalog.aspx?F=3103&P=1 by...

    H beam vs. I beam

Have you ever seen or experienced a rod bolt failure? If you break a rod bolt, you certainly won't be re-using the rod.

    H beam vs. I beam

no, you want the bolts to have equivalent or greater load carrying capacity than the portion of the rod with the smallest cross-section. for example: if the rod x-section is 1" square (ie, it can support 190,000 lbs) and your combined bolt x-section is 0.5" square, you want a minimum bolt...

    92 twin turbo R

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. They ship half cuts to North America so they can get more value out of each container shipment. Why would you ship back a whole car, paying to ship the whole weight of the car, when you can only use the engine?

Someone has done it - acrylic windows

Before trashing "acrylic", please do some research on it. You may also know acrylic as plexiglass. As far as impact/fracture properties are concerned, monomer additions are made to improve mechanical properties to the point where there is really no difference with competing "plastics"

Someone has done it - acrylic windows

Just doing my daily interweb rounds, and I stumbled upon this: (scroll to the bottom of the page) http://www.greenline.jp/catalogue/bccatpartlist.php?make=Toyota&carcode=MA70A&intake=FI&category=other It seems there is now a solution to lighten up the doors/hatch, all for the low price...
