I was thinking that because you have listed "2.5" HPF IC pipes" but that peice is not. Maybe you also can try to get a OEM pipe for less here

when you do the alternator first adjust the height of the alternator on the bracket with the 10mm nut and then tighten the lower bolt on the alternator.
Also make sure that the threads line up with the alternator/ crankshaft/ and the water pump pully(which you should know).

My 87 Turbo came with a 70 amp 7mge alternator but about your problem, I know you said that the alternator is in working condition but I would have it retested and also recheck your terminals on the anternator.
Ok so today I changed the gears from P to L and then to P again and drive the car for about 5 miles. I waited about 5 seconds in each gear and I did this twice and it seemed alot better so hopefully it will stay like that:).

Looks good. You can also change the bulbs on the fog, cruise, rear defrost, emergency switches as well and it would be cool if you did add that and also if you plan on doing the climate control and have one page with all the info but still very good info.

I also seen some N/A'S with just a black wire connecting the two spots. It was like that in my 87 N/A and also my 87 turbo was like that but it had a N/A 70amp alternator. I will be replacing that though.
