On that link. You probably can find a metal pipe on ebaymotors or I would upgrade the whole intercooler piping. How much boost are you running?

when you do the alternator first adjust the height of the alternator on the bracket with the 10mm nut and then tighten the lower bolt on the alternator. Also make sure that the threads line up with the alternator/ crankshaft/ and the water pump pully(which you should know).

I have 134,xxx miles on my 87 Turbo( original motor) 118,xxx miles on my 87 Non Turbo( also a original running motor with OEM HG from 87;) ) and I had 145,xxx miles on my 87 Turbo supra that I parted out.

I think the OEM antenna looks pretty good but you can get a nice clean new aftermarket antenna instead or remove it and fill that hole in the body.

If you ever drove by Waukegan(north of Chicago) then you would atleast see 1 mk3 because their is 22 mk3's in my area(including my 2) and some are nice and some are rusted out. Their is one 89 turbo with 76,xxx miles and the guy does not speak english as to most of these owners around here so...

My 87 Turbo came with a 70 amp 7mge alternator but about your problem, I know you said that the alternator is in working condition but I would have it retested and also recheck your terminals on the anternator.

Ok so today I changed the gears from P to L and then to P again and drive the car for about 5 miles. I waited about 5 seconds in each gear and I did this twice and it seemed alot better so hopefully it will stay like that:). Thanks again.

Looks good. You can also change the bulbs on the fog, cruise, rear defrost, emergency switches as well and it would be cool if you did add that and also if you plan on doing the climate control and have one page with all the info but still very good info.

You can replace them but most likely their still good.

I also seen some N/A'S with just a black wire connecting the two spots. It was like that in my 87 N/A and also my 87 turbo was like that but it had a N/A 70amp alternator. I will be replacing that though.
