Bummed....I finally found a set of shoes I like that are actually in my price range (ie not HREs) and they only come in 18x8.5 +30 or +40 and 18x9.5 +25 <<<WHY??? Seems like an unpopular offset if your only going to offer one 9.5.

Looks good K_SHAN

eagle, IDAHO!
Thanks. once I got all 4 corners rolled and rears pulled.. it tucks and doesn't rub!

its more aggressive offset ways then I had wanted, but I'm glad I did it now.. you have to see it in person. :D

For reference,

I now have 17x10 +20 wheels on all 4 corners with 295/35/r17 tires

Pulled fenders at least 1" in the front and 1/2" in the rear, -1.7 deg camber F and -3 deg camber R for now. More pull in the rear is definitely needed for the -1.5 degrees I'm shooting for. Ride height is relatively low but not crazy.

Everything clears, even steering wise. I have additional steering angle from stock and at full lock barely clear the lower a-arm on the rear side (probably like 1/16" of clearance) so I put in some steering stoppers just in case haha.

reasonable picture:

This looks amazing man, perfect fitment. No tire stretch and no tuck, exactly how I'd like mine to be.

I'm thinking about running Mustang wheels myself but the one's I'd like to get are AFS Mach 1 wheels and they're 17x10.5 +27. They're wider but have a higher offset, so do you think I'd have any problems running them up front? I'm going to be doing similar steering lock modifications too. In my case I would probably run 275's max. I don't want to pull my fenders too much because they're still factory fresh, but I'm definitely willing to roll them, which I'm sure is a necessity.

Again, it looks fantastic man!

Let me know how that works out. I have 17x10.5's out back and the tire definitely sticks out past the fender. I'm afraid to lower it cause i don't really want to ruin the fenders.

I want to get a 18x10in square setup, but the work emotion xd-9s only come in +38 and +18. I know +38 will look good in the rear, but I somehow doubt +18 will fit the fronts very well. Perhaps I'll just go with 18x9 +20 in the front... I am trying to avoid any fender modifications. I can live with a roll, but no pulling.

a 9+ 20 will fit upfront with just a light roll and you'll be able to run a full tyre too. I'm running a 9 +15 here and it fits quite comfortably.

good to hear, I'm not gonna be early as low as you (RSR springs) so I might even be able to get away without a roll.

you may, but also remember you'll have less camber too due to the higher ride height. im not running great deal of camber presently though, I think only 1.25 degrees. that will change when I fit the wesbeech arms though!

there are two tabs that hold the inner guard liner in. you wont have full suspension travel without folding or removing those tabs. even with 2 degrees of neg camber.

The x10.5 +27 will hit the lower A-arm up front even with a smaller tire. The inside lip of the wheel will hit since it's too far in at full lock, even on stock steering angle. It's probably ok to notch the flattened welded section of the a-arms though, I'm probably going to do it to mine to regain some extra steering angle back (my x10 +20 barely hit with the stock steering stoppers threaded in all the way). You could possibly space it out, but then you might run into issues with the outside of the wheel hitting the front and rear of the wheel arches if you're low enough.

Fortunately on a 275 you won't have to pull much, if at all if you're around the height I'm at, so steering is the only real issue!

Someone fit a 245/40/18 on a 9.5 inch +35 wheel in the front without any roll? I want to know if i will need to go with a 235 or if i can fit a 245. 235 will be a little too stretch to my taste

This is 18x10 +25 with a Dunlop SP 245/40/18
Fronts are Potenza RE050A( I Believe) 225/40/18 Too much stretch for me, i am now with 255 rear and 245 fronts.
NOTE* The fronts in the pictures are still with 225's. I haven't taken any with my current 255/245 setup yet.

Do you think it would clear the stock fender lip with the wheel 16.35mm further inside? I did not measure the lip but it look like its around 6-7mm width. So if yours is simply roll and not pulled, it should fit without any problem...Am i correct with my math?

18" Work Rims (Polished)
Frt rims - 18x8 +35, 225/40zr18
Rear rims - 18x9 +35, 255/35r18

Just bought these for a steal of a deal. They sit very flush imo, but I will have to lower the car. (removed comment regarding front and rear profile. did math and they are perfect imo)

I put up photos, but it was 11:00 pm so they arent the best. Amazing how much of a difference in ride these made compared to my old 7 year worn tires.. lol. (just a note.. the third photo is the old rim)
(NOTE: Added photos in next post)

SideShot.jpgsideshot2.jpgsideshot3.jpgsideshot4.jpgsideshot5.jpg

After looking closely.. I believe these are Work Seeker Rims (not the CX version). The finish needs to be polished a bit (has some oxidization when you see them close up) but still nice wheels I think.
