Hot weather driving

Hey guys.
scene its the summer I just want to know what is the hottest weather you drove your car in? And did it heat up. I tried everything with my car, a 3'' radiator, a big fan and it still not drivable in the summer. is it my car or is it just the climate.

I think you may have some other issues if you can't keep it cool in summer.

When I lived in Australia, I often use to drive in +42 deg C (+107 F) temps with a stock radiator and fans and did not have any issues...

Is your car a N/A or a turbo?

What kind of gauge are you using? If it is an aftermarket gauge you may think it is overheating when it really is not (trust me I fretted over that until I realized).

Details on cooling system? Any leaks? Disappearing coolant? Fan clutch in proper working order? 10 blade fan? A/C fans working? Properly burped system? Thermostat good? How's the radiator cap? Coolant mixture?

Even a pinhole in the system can cause issues.

I used to daily mine in the east Phoenix area, where typical summer temps see upwards and occasionally beyond 120° F... no major issues, other than a sweaty driver. :)

I come from Saudi Arabia so your weather is nothing compared to mine i drove my car in 48 to 50 degree it doesn't heat up when the RPM is below 2500 but as soon as i take it to 3000 the gauge (stoc) goes up, maybe i should change the thermostat, and instead of a single V8 mustang big fan i should put double fans.

there is a big difference between a turbo and a N/A engine, my car was a 2jzge i had no problems with heat, but now with a 1jzgte the only time i can step on the gas is in winter.

the problem that i realized is that im not losing any coolant, with this heat i should be filling it up every two to three days

50°C = 122°F, so that's definitely hot. I will say this, driving in Arizona and Vegas, when the weather is that hot, I would see average coolant temps of around 215-220F (~100-105 C), but that was with a rather weak fan. I would suggest trying to fit a fan setup that can flow over 4000cfm if possible.

The car should easily be able to drive in 120* heat in stock form (radiator, fan(s), ducting/panels).

Yours is either about to blow or your super cooling upgrades are not set up at all correctly. If you're running a stock temp thermostat, I highly recommend going back to a new stock fan clutch and turbo fan; it will more efficiently flow vastly more air when needed than any electric will.

Drove my 7m in vegas all day long with temps past 110*F with the a/c on. Didnt like the freeway with the a/c tho.

You either have some cloggage or a bhg or some engine issues causing it to run hot. How old is the coolant?

Ditto, got mine to a point where I could cruise around in traffic with the AC on and not have an issue.

I dont remember, but its old, i didnt change it because it doesn't lose coolant.

It's a Davies Craig EWP 110, just bought it at the parts store.

7M's barely move water at idle then cavitate their brains out above 8000 so this killed 2 birds with one stone.
