Gave IGSW power and it fired up. Pretty sure the ignition switch is bad giving the fact I can pull the key out with it in the on position

I am getting 12 Volts to the Coil packs but still no spark.

Yes I just dont how to diagnose and figure why there is no 12 volts at IGSW. I swapped ECU's and no change. So the IGSW gives 12 volts which then engages the main relay?

you can try simple green when the wheels are NOT hot spray them on it and use a wheel brush and clean them. Or some acid wheel cleaner. dont leave it sitting on it long. Mix the simple green with a rag and stick your hand in there to clean it

Here is great advice people often say on this forum. Do not mod until all regular items are fixed and everything is up to par. Change ALL fluids, fix all leaks, etc. That will be a good way for road ready to begin with.

IMO, using your small rotary grinder eating up pieces of grind tools trying to port out your header real quick is definately NOT worth pulling all that stuff apart, spending hours doing it, and putting all stock crap back together and nothing is flow matched etc. For what kind of gain? Ive heard...
