Yellow and Red wires in a plug????

I have a 89 Supra turbo Manual Transmssion.

Underneith the intake manifold coming off the main harness is a grey male plug with 2 wires. one of the wires is red and black or black and red and one is yellow.

WHERE DOES IT GO?

Also Im not getting any voltage to the ecu at the IGSW pin. I can also remove my Key with the key in the on position.

The reason Im trying to figure this out cus I am getting no fuel or spark.
