Ok part number 35422F is the clip. It connects to 35462. When you take the bolts out of the valve body and lift the upper portion off this clip is just laying on its side. There are no local MKIII's in my area. I've only seen two others. One guy lived way north of me and the other guy lives a state over. There is one guy in my town that owns 3 MKIV TT's and used to have 6 MKIV's not all turbo.

Ok prolly a dumb question but when you bypass the stock cooler all together do you just block off the ports on the bottom of the radiator and hook the tranny lines directly to the cooler? Thanks Bill.

My auto went out so I bought another one and I'm gonna put a tranny cooler on it and I was wondering if the B&M Race series cooler that cools to 20500 BTUs was overkill? Should I just go for there one that does 14400 BTUs and comes with an installation kit? I'll be shimming the shift...

If not above 12psi I would prolly go with the AEM TRU Boost. It's an easy unit to use and understand. You said you were strapped for cash and the AEM is not nearly expensive as the Apexi. Think about to whether or not you are going to use the extra features of the AVC-R.
