found it. gc cleaned my last motor really good but this is a really dirty motor which is prolly whats making it look so black. i changed my oil like 1500 miles ago and its already dirty. prolly going to change the filter soon. im my own mechanic btw.
could you please tell me more about this.(how it increases wear by changing it more) very interested. i run gc and usually change it about every 5k or so but i used to do alot of long distance drives and my oil was always very very black.

no. match the correct year harness/ecu with the year of the car or else your going to have problems and have to repin the connectors to get everything to work.
remove caliper, remove caliper bracket, remove rotor. install in reverse. dont let the caliper hang by the brake hose or it might crack/break and then you will have to replace that too. when doing the rear make sure to match the hole on the rotor up with the bigger slot so you can adjust you...
there is a mark on the crank pulley and a 0 on the front timing cover. match those while looking at the came to make sure its on the compression stroke. eye balling is not good enough.

i would just get some impact oil( i like the ir stuff) it only takes like 3-5(iirc on the back of the ir oil it says 3) drops for a full days use. when you put to much in you will see it just spray out the exhaust either on you, the floor, or possibly what your working on.
depends on how much has been removed from head/block previously and if/when he machines it. stock is 1.37 compressed so maybe just slightly lower but there is know way to tell just looking at it.
