If you run a stock 2jzge with 10.5:1 compression you either better have a good tune or run low boost. I would run a 2mm hg to lower the compression, retune, and run the piss out of it till it blows and go to the junkyard and get another. Thats what im planning on doing even tho i got mad 7m parts.

A stock replacement pump? Get a walbro or better yet a mk4 pump and a afpr and fine tune it better.

Just dont use some 40 grit or a die grinder and go slow.

Resonator would be your best bet to keep the drone down. Get rid of the autolites and get some ngk coppers which are 2$ each.

Head gasket fix is a joke. Sounds like the hg is going. Run a block test.

Try spraying some wd through it.

If at stock boost levels you have something else causing fuel cut.

I think you got mixed up with removing the pressure plate bolts before taking off the trans.

^+1. I use the first step to get all the stains off my white paint and its gets everything and some more.
