You manchine the surface where the seals rests on the inside not the where the retainer meets the block.
Ya you will need to reseal the oil where the retainer and you might even have to loosen some oil pan bolts too. Might be easier to just pull the whole motor and trans as one, but its up...
1. Either the cable is stretched really bad or you need a new cable.

Ya 3 way height adjustable not any rebound settings or anything.
I have them with eibachs. The shocks are good but mine are blown for right now.
If you get them from autozone or kragen you get lifetime free replacement warranty iirc.
Boost leak, speed sensor, and egr.
Fix those and see how the car runs.

Yup. And you can do a basic tune with the lex, afpr, and a wideband.
I lost all my links but maybe someone can post it or search for the reg reimer(sp?) link about the lex and 550's. It has some very good info and info about how to tune the lex.
You can find stance coil overs for about the same price and megan are non rebuildable with a 1 year warrenty so after that your out 7-900.
Get something of quality but rebuildable.

Your bearing clearances could be larger from wear, The pop off spring on the pump could be bad or your pump is going out.
