Then why do you want springs?
If your shocks are blown just replace them.
I have a buddy who i think still has a set of stock/new/aftermarket springs for sale made by a south american company. I think its called ab or something along those lines.

Your not gaining anything with that there. Hook up everything back to stock and then go from there.
Since you either have to pull the engine or drop the subframe might be good to pull the engine and do the rear main at that time and any other hose/gaskets that look like they need replacing.
Dont use a cork gasket. Go to toyota and get a tube of FIPG or some 3m three bond/yamabond/suzkibond...
Could just be just a leaky hose or gasket. Get a flashlight or some dye and a black light.
The oil pressure sensor or oil filter?
The oil pressure sensor has a nut under it so you can use a wrench to loosen it.
