Ya not something you really want to heat when a simple puller will take it off or even just wiggling it off. Clean it off good and it will slide right back on.
Just rent a puller and use 2 screw drivers one on each side and gently wiggle it off. All of mine just end up slidding off.
Needs to be taken apart so it can be cleaned good. You could get metal particles all of and screw yourself keepiing it together. That and there prolly isnt a machine...
You see the reverse idler gear? It's the only straight cut gear by it's self not on the in/output shaft or the counter shaft. Have to move it back away from the in/output shaft sonit not touching any gear.
I'm only guessing cause you can't tell from that pic but that exactly what happened to...
Same I had mine stored like that for a day and the reverse idler gear jammed. Pull the cash. Watch for the ball bearing and then look for the gear that's stuck
There is a lil star plug on the side of the extension housing remove that and use a magnet to get the spring and ball so it doesn't get...
Boost only works if your boosting or else its going to sit at -4. Check to make sure the sensor is plugged in and the vac line is hooked up. Would need to be driving to see that it works.
tried Purple power simple green and degresser on a buddys bay and the only that would touch the dirt was good ol wd 40. Now that shizit shines like a mofo.
