Just dont go nuts. It had screwdriver head stock so put your hand on the head of the ratchet and then tighten. Prolly could do it without the ratchet. in/lb torque wrench also wont click as loud as your thinking and its not that tight. You have to go slow and listen carefully.

You could run the battery cables trough the drivers fender and same for the gauges and there should be a harness hole in there to go into the cabin to run all that through. Or you could get 1 of those thing like of the stock harness so water doesnt get in and make your own hole.

With a angle drill should be able to get the last 1.

Pretty cluttered. You can drill a hole behind the intake on the fire wall and run the harness trough the dash. That would get rid of the wiring harness. What are all the hoses under the harness for?
