Ya i just called them. He said it didnt have a igniter but it really did. No map sensor tho i got one easily. Bottom end looked brand new and the top end was barely starting to get that golden color. I have about 60psi at 3k on the stock oil pressure gauge. It was a front sump chaser motor...
^you sure its 50$? I was going to look but the tsrm doesnt seem to wanna work right now.
I used to use a ratchet with and extension and the 6mm allen socket and it was just as fast as using the toyota tool. I dont see where all the fuss and difference is?
Thats crazy. Ive gotten zapped a few times with a tig welder but it wasnt anything bad. Of course it was a top of the line miller tig that was fairly new.
RIP./
No drilling and tapping. You just swap pans. The oil pick up is the same. Can use a rear sump from a 1jz or a 2jzgte or a 2jzge.
Got my 1jz from jdm engine corp. Was like brand new on the inside.
There is also zerolift and they do lots of business on zilvia.net to all the 240 guys.
Wasnt talking shit. Just saying for the factor of power to weight. Thats why horse jockeys are so small and light.
My roommate has 240 and worries about weight as well. Those cars are fragile its not even funny. There rear subframe weighs like 10-15lbs.
