It will but the o2 sensor doesnt tell it by how much. Just says to add fuel or take fuel away.
Whats the problem with just leaving it on? Its not big, its at the back, you can hardly see it, Some people cant even find it, it doesnt take away power.
I really dont get what the whole deal is...
If the front main is leaking then it needs to be replace.
Cannot take off the rear timing cover without pulling the head off. But yes it can leak oil.
Id clean everything off good and then look for the leak.
If the crank is under sized then you need a under sized bearing. The size of the bearing is related to the size of the crank.
Did you get rod knock or something and your just replacing the bearings?
What brand of bearing is it?
sti.
On top gear everyone liked the evo better but it was actually slower around there track.
That said i hate both the new ones. I like the buggy eye sti. and the evo 8/9 are ok. Id prolly never own either tho and from what i have seen most subby owners are dicks.
The crank is under sized.
I would take the crank to a machine shop and have him look at it and see what size bearings you need. then plastigauge each one to make sure its the proper clearance.
Iirc the yokes are the same between the autos and r154. W58 is different.
But the lengths are different between all 3.
To me sounds like he sent you a w58 first, then a auto second. Since you have the other half of the auto compare lengths to the one thats on there.
Ughhh. You sure you have the right shaft?
That is way to far out. Dont even attempt to drive that or else it will fall out.
Something is not right. Compare the 2 front shafts that you have and make sure you dont have 2 auto fronts.
Mine sits in there just about 1/2in or less doesnt go all...
