    cooling gremlin

Let me get this straight your using main engine e fans that are wired for the tiny a/c fans? That wont work. They only come on when the a/c is on or your engine is above 210* or so. Or is it just the 2 small fans dont work and you still have clutch fan. If thats the case those not working is...

IS300 with 2jz-gte (vvti swap) Problem (CEL)

Checking the codes would make diag much easier. So it always happens at random? Like in boost, then next time at idle, etc.? Also you can reset the ecu by removing the efi fuse for 30 sec. Much easier and you dont lose radio presets and all that junk.

    Stock 7M Intercooler Piping Diameter?

Throttle body is like 55 or 60mm on the inside. No where near 80mm. It uses 2.75in t bolt clamps and thats with the coupler. Small size on the 3k pipe will use 2in -2.25 couplers.

    Pop when turning

They are fluid filled. They are not fluid filled in the smaller section where they like to break tho. Usually when you have a pop when turning it might be wise to look at the steering system. Inner tie rods and outer tie rods.

would these look good on my car

Flat faced, small, skinny, weak offset. I say no way. It will still be sunk. Its not any wider. Its a inch taller but still eh. I think 17's need to have a sick offset or at least be flush to look anywhere close to good. Thats just me tho. Id go for 18's or if you want 17's, something at...

    JE Ring gap to big?

To me anyways its seems like a half ass way of going about things. You have it apart, your replacing the bearing, why not do the rings? Wait 2 more weeks till you have a check or some shit and buy new rings.

You check resistance on the wires from the connector to the ecu.
