where to check for resistance - code 31

ive had a code 31 for a couple weeks now. ive tried 3 afm sensors so now im going to check resistance, except i dont know where to check or how much it should be

You check resistance on the wires from the connector to the ecu.

what about the sensor itself? to see if its any good?
