Is the brown wire on the m1 connector getting a good ground? That needs to be grounded in order for the gauge to work correctly. Mine is pegged at hot after about 30 sec of idle time when cold because im too lazy to pull the glove box out and ground it.
If it hasnt been started in a year. Drain the gas and refill with good new gas,
Second make the connection on the battery terminal tight and good. The little blue wire like to break and still look connected. Id start there. And if its the same battery from last year It prolly needs to be...
Tps wont cause the car to not start.
I second on the ecu grounds. They can make there way to the starter very easy.
Jump fp and b+ in the diag box and go listen by the tank.
How did you check for spark?
Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key to on?
Did you prime the oil...
Id check the shaft play. Could be very early signs of death whine. Hard to tell from that video since its so short tho.
Check your codes as well. If 34 shows up means you have a boost leak. But usually when you have a boost leak you hit fc non stop and thats when you get 34.
