cracked head or block? air entering cooling system under boost

^ your problem is because you have no stat. Put it in. Your not gaining a thing by leaving it out. Back in the day old hot rod/muscle car guys used to think it was better to leave it out. They would go on long trips and it would over heat. Also at 3/4 of the way up is like 230*+. Your...

cracked head or block? air entering cooling system under boost

On mine green means combustion gas in the cooling system. Yours might be different tho. I have a matco one. Are you doing it with the engine hot? Its sometimes better to let the engine idle there with the rad cap off and let teh coolant to start smoking a tad. Just make sure the temp doesnt...

    rebuilt 7M, no start

Yes he does. The 2 brown wires and 2 white wires you have on the starter need to get bolted to the intake manifold. Then you need direct power from the battery to go to the starter. You also posted 2 threads on the same problem. In the future only post 1 thread for 1 problem and if possible...

    rebuilt 7M, no start

    1. From the battery there should be a big cable. 1 wire will go to the stud on the starter and bolt to the positive terminal of the battery. There should be another wire on that cable which is a ground and goes from the negitive terminal on the battery, a little wire will bolt to the side...

    max psi

All depends on your tune. Xman made 743hp with a stock block and head except for a mhg and arp studs. Then again he had a full standalone and tuned it really well. If your on stock turbop and afm go to just under fuel cut. If you have lex/550/afpr/afc or maft or something again you can go...
