It will spring counter clockwise when you loosen both screw. Atleast it should.

You let it spring back and then turn it until it deflects on the meter and tighten it.

Might need to adjust tps.

What down pipe are you using with it? Thinking the 2jzge cxracing down pipe will fit but idk for sure. Looks like it will. Also what waste gates are you using and any pics of your setup? Going to use a precision 6262 with a precision 46mm.

Do you have a 89+ subframe or the early style sub frame. Pretty sure they dont work with the early subframe but i can confirm.
