There is another way too. Before you take it out, take a picture, then install it the same way. Of course you will have to use a timing light to make sure its at 10* after.

If someone made some in cf id prolly buy them. There such a pain im so lazy where id prolly rather just spend 800 on new ones than deal with stripping and painting or powder coating.
Im thinking about putting it under the drivers head light and then cutting the support right there and making a bolt in panel out of it. That way i can just remove the panel and access everything. Need to look into it as i just thought of it earlier. Going to use a braille or similar battery...
I have a 88 and the online one doesnt have everything. But the wiring diagrams make everything so much easy being in color online. Need to order a new 89 one sometime soon just for shits and giggles.

Or you can get your own tsrm from toyota. When i got mine it was about 117$.
DONT get a chilton. They blow.

You can try it if you want. Toyota must have not done it for a reason tho. I was going to try it for shits and giggles but not any time soon. WOuld have to make sure you dont go to far for the copper sealing jackets.
