al right i connet it to the delivery line, torque it down then jump he terminals for the fuel pump.

yea i dont think its stuck open because im not gettin any fuel past the fpr at all. but the fuel rail is full of fuel...
where would i put the fuel pressure tester? skrew it in where the regulator is??
needs pressure to fire the injectors correct?
can the fpr get stuck open/closed and not allow fuel past?
im guna drop the fuel tank tomorrow a see what pump looks like..

ok per that fsm i jumped terminals +B and Fp and the system didnt pressurize to the return line. i did take a peek into the cold start fuel line and the fuelrail is full of petrol...
so that leads me to beleive my regulator is clogged and my injectors arent firing because it should at least...
hello supra mania im currently trying to get the 7mge i my 89' cressida running.
its got spark. but no fuel, i can hear the pump buzzing, so i know the pumps working.
but when i take off the "in" line for the fuel and crank it... nada.. :nono: so now im stuffed because toyota fuel filters...
guys i know i can use 7m electronics, my question is will the supra n/a 2jzge 5spd harness and ecu plug onto my 93 lexus 2jz. because thats the route i want to go for now. btw if it does come down to using 7m electronics how does the 7mge ecu handle boost?
yea i know all about the 7m electronics mod, and the differences in the trannys. while this is an option im not looking at it, at this point i wanna see how/ if the supra 5spd harness and ecu will work. thanks for the input tho!!!

are all the knock sensors and etc the same plugs??

also while i was working on the supra a second a go i had my autometer boost gauge hooked up to a vacuum line coming out of my areomotive fuel pressure regulater and every time the afm puffed the gauge jumped up a little..

ok i checked al things listed above and nothing. still the problem exist.. but i did find a little black pastic hose on the back of the 7mgte intake manifold disconnected. its right above where the egr bolts in the intake mani. where does this lil thing plug into?? i was look in the repair...
i havnt done anything to the valves so they should be ok, ignition is most likly off but initally i was trying to time it. i got all new hoses so im sure no vaccum leak but il check again. im pretty sure firing order is right. its 1,6 3,4 2,5 if i remember correctly, i could have it wrong...

hey guys this is my fist car and needs to be on the road soon and its coming together just have a last few things to sort out.
first thing the car takes a couple times to start and when it does it idles between 350-400rpms, WTF! right could i have tightened the timing belt to tight???

so basicslly kale the ecu enables fuel cut when the afm gives a signal thats unacceptable. prevent that from happening and you'll have happy days sliding. good luck that the events.
when i start it it has an idle of like 450ish so i jus press against the tb linkage so it starts picking up revs then i hear a puff..... puff puff from the afm. could it be leaning out wen i give it revs??
