yup thank u guys two of the injector o-rings were smashed. i rplaced them no more leaking for now...

are you sur the injectors dont sit against the head? isnt that where they spray the fuel in??

possibly what would it be if it was leaking from the head? for refference.. thanks a billion.

hmmm sounds a lil different from my experience but samair at the same time. it starting and dieing seems like the egr vavle my be loose. check and see if the egr is connected to the intake on the rear driver side of the engine. good luck

sweet thanks. if im correct i tighten no.3 and 7 bearing cap to 14 ft/lbs in several passes the tighten 5, 4, 6, 2, then lastly 1 bearing caps to the same spec. sounds good in thoery. lets try!!

thanks IJ. but it do not indicate the proper way to reinstall the exhaust camshaft.. which leads me to believe its pretty str8 forward like the intake.
