That's why I used the quotes around done. And 16k is when I'll have fresh paint, 3" turbo back, and fresh interior. I'll probably have another BHG shortly after that will require more $$$. But that's the car life.
It's either a cheapo point A to point B gas miser or spend the cash to have...
Step one: Slide the 'front' of the targa into the targa holders on the shock towers
Step two: Push in slightly and lower the 'rear' of the targa into place on the rear holders (make sure they are 'up' first)
Looks about like mine when I got it. She was sitting in a field and needed injectors and a turbo before I could even drive her home.
Just keep plugging away and before you know it you'll have a great daily driver.
Champion Toyota is a great place to get parts, I know there's another...
The boost creep isn't from the lines being rubber. It's from the length of the lines.
Stock WG line is about 5 or 6 inches (if that). Your talking about the air having to go into the cabin and back again before opening the wastegate. While I haven't tried it myself and couldn't tell you how...
Welcome to the wonderful world of the 7M.
Mine blew less than a week after I got it home. But like you I got the Targa Turbo that I always wanted (though I prefer the 87 style).
Either way, still says engine mount.
I'd say it's probably 57209-24041 (1/89-5/93, MTM/TWT). Unless it's a California car.

I'm happy with my B&G springs on Tokico Illumina II. Could use some new sway bars and a handful of bushings but it does handle well.
These were taken a couple weeks after the install.
He was referring to the fact that a 12v battery will put out just a hair over 12v with the car off. 13.9 volts would require the car to be running (ie the alternator spinning).
Typical cranking voltage is 9-10 volts.
Anyways. You say it started about a week after changing the starter.
Are...
Thought I posted this earlier but:
Goodyear 63124 from that site looks very similar to what I ended up with on mine. Toyota may not be that expensive but they also might not have it in stock so it's up to you.
Just take the hose with you to Pep Boys/Autozone/Western Auto/O'Reillys... and ask...
If you can't wait for the dealer: go to the nearest parts place and tell the guy at the counter what you need. They will most likely NOT have exactly the right hose but you should be able to find something with the proper bends/diameter that you can cut to fit. Having the old one off the car...
My stocker finally let go Sunday afternoon and after reading through this thread Sunday night I went ahead and ordered the Mishimoto from statracing. It'll be here Thursday (it was shipped from MI so that explains why deabionni got it next day but 3 days to FL for ground isn't bad and makes me...
I agree with JJ on this one (he hasn't chimed in yet but I expect he might with everyone saying 'raise the nose'). You do not need to raise the nose to get the air out. If the system is properly closed (ie no leaking hoses) it will 'burp' itself after a couple of warmup/cooldown cycles.
As...
Sitting at 1/3 tank which means it's time to fill it in the morning.
And about the exhaust making your mileage go up. The engine doesn't have to work as hard to make the same power so unless you floor it that sounds about right. I was getting 35+ mpg in my 95 Celica with full exhaust, intake...
I like the BCPR6EIX Iridium myself. For 15 psi I would probably run the 7 heat range. I don't like changing my plugs at every oil change and $42 every other year beats $12 every other month any day of the week ($42 < $144).
Once it says DIAG you have to press the far right button (not near the car and have a bad memory but I think its M). Then it will wait for a second and cycle through the codes.
I've got the B+G with Tokico Illumina II. Overall it's a nice ride and it's well worth having TEMS.
The only complaints I have come from not having sway bars and needing to get around to my rear subframe bushings.
My 95 Celica had a plugged filter at around 180k. It had developed a miss that would occur at idle only.
After taking it to the dealer to get the timing done, replacing the plugs, replacing the wires/rotor button, and still having a miss I decided to try the fuel filter. Sure enough it had...
