The Oil I use comes from a company that specialises in Long Haul Truck oil and as so many people were using it in their gas engines they released a blend for us!

As I said in another post our motors are a system if EVERYTHING isn't hooked up they won't run right!
Put EVERYTHING back to stock get it to run right without codes then LEARN what each part does before you disconnect/delete things.
The speedo shop will have a measured section of floor and will roll the car over it with a counter on the cable and make the box based on this.
I prefer to do it my way as it allows for the error in the speedo itself.
Check the yellow pages in your area for instrument makers/speedo's.
I used a GPS to get an accurate speed then wrote down the speedo reading and geve them this info and they were able to make me a ratio box that got it exact!

All depends on ARvFlapper size.
Big loose AR can get away with a much smaller WG.
Tight AR with a big Compresser section won't be able to use an internal gate as it can't flow enough to control the shaft speed and you get boost creep.
Do you have enough parts to put it back to stock?
If so do that and see if it will run then start trouble shooting from there.
You've made too many changes for anyone to try and guess which one is the cause.
