    Red Wire Mystery

You have all kinds of wiring issues. Better Pictures would help showing what connector its coming from. Connector 1A is shown here. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=036 No solid red wires. only a solid black, solid white and a white with a red stripe...

    WTF is this connector

Air conditioner relay locations: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=014 Fits the same description of the connector i showed before. Same wire colors and connector style. Unless the car has a change from a different year then the TEWD shows.

    timing

Did you have the head or block surfaces machined? Are the marks lined up on the cams and the crank?

    WTF is this connector

As per this diagram http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=39 The NSS connector only uses two pins. One wire black with blue stripe and one wire black with a white stripe. This is in addition to it bieng in completely the wrong location.

    Fuel related question

Stock engine management will advance ignition timing until it senses detonation then it backs it off. This allows the best timing advance for the conditions present for good fuel economy and power at all operating conditions. Running low octane fuel will render detonation sooner then higher...

    so what could this be?

Are you sure theres no antifreeze in the oil? I recall a reputable source stating there needs to be way more water in the oil to see then to do damage. How are y ou sure its burning coolant? Smell? Loss of coolant?

    WTF is this connector

Looks like a plug used in the transmission area even though its no where near that area. Looking at this diagram http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=26 With This plug identification http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=26 Looks...

Intake Air Temp sensor placement question

Depending on boost pressure and the turbo in question yes, it can increase GREATLY. At 14.7 psi of boost, without factoring in the inefficiencies of the compressor wheel, temperature will double, This is from strictly compression alone. Add in the inefficiency of the compressor wheel, the...

    Understanding on fuel cut

Couple technical problems with this. The AFM measures two things, speed and temperature, NOT actual Mass air flow. CFM Vs. LBS/MIN is a better way to describe it. The HZ output is the speed only. Fuel cut is based on many things the biggest "factor" is airspeed as the other factors such as...

How to check for bent valves?

Put the tip gently in a drill, lay the drill on a table and squeeze the trigger. If it looks good by eye and your still worried add a dial indicator to check the run-out of the spinning valve. Why do you think a valve is bent?

Meth injection, nozzle on intake manifold or intercooler piping?

The further the nozzle is from the valve the more cooling it will be able to do. If your using it for cooling aswell as Octane i would run all three after the intercooler. If you were going for just the octane the direct port would be better. If your mounting in the intercooler pipe i wouldn't...

    Understanding on fuel cut

The Base MAFT does allow some tuning, its just not very great. If you dont want speed density then go MAFT GEN2. It alows greater tunability without the need of a SAFC of any type. If you want to raise fuel cut without going standalone run 50psi base fuel pressure and pull crazy amounts of...

11psi of boost and hitting fuel cut off.

Not surprising, the down pipe was less restrictive, airflow could more easily exit so more air could easily enter. Also the difference in pressure ratio across the turbine wheel most likely increased boost pressure a bit. The motor has little to do with the electronics, Unless you ment that...

    Having problems with compressor surge

Could cause a delay in opening witch would make the problem worse. Get an after market one, the stock ones small.

    Fuel puddles in my manifold.

When you jumped FP and B+ how did you check if the injectors were leaking? did you still have the manifold off?

11psi of boost and hitting fuel cut off.

Every car is different or your were under the assumption everything was stock. Fuel cut is not based on boost pressure, The TCCS only calculates a mass airflow signal from Airspeed vs RPM and displacement. It cuts when mass airflow is above the fuel cut threshold. This is why the threshold of...

"I'm pretty positive its legal officer"

CARB is the California Air Resources Board. If a product has a CARB number, it is legal for emissions controlled vehicles in california. If it doesnt have one its not emissions legal. AFAIK is As far as i know.
