    The ground wires in the Dome lights are riveted in and get corroded. First confirm there is power at the light assembly. You can pull the assembly and give them a bit of a wiggle and see if they come on, if they do you can then use a bolt as a punch and rerivet them and this will give you...

    Pull #1 plug grab a piece of rubber vacc hose 8" long (a chopstick works as well) turn the crank by hand to get #1 up slide the vacc hose into the plug hole so it's sitting on the piston now turn the caran some more watching the hose. It will stop for a sec at TDC before it changes direction...
