Unhook the fuel line put it in a bottle/bucket and jumper the Diag block and turn the Ign on and see how much flow you get.
Do this before the Rail In and again at the FPR out.
Boost is only made when there's a restriction to flow......
Open a valve and boost will drop, in this time available a larger Turbo can supply more Volume and the end result if you add the correct amount of fuel and manage to light it off at the correct time is more power.
So YES 10 psi...
Some turbo/auto cars do limit boost on shifts to help save the Auto.
In the old days it was damn hard to get an auto to last in a turbo application as the make more power/torque right as the shift happens so slip the friction materials.
a) Wonder how much grit/dust from the blast cabinet got up inside the vent and how long till the Diff dies?
b) Also have to wonder if you used a solvent based paint on the fan and how long and at what rpm the blades will come off ;)
c) What your guide dog thinks of the paint scheme?
