Heh... don't worry about the hood. I've crawled around on mine for one reason or another, and it it can hold up my portly 200 lbs without any dents, I think it can hold her 100 lb soaking wet in cement overshoes frame. :D
Is it just me, or does that chicken look like it's sucking it's thumb to everyone? :D
A quick note on Siman - he's taken a fair bit of heat because we think he's worth keeping. There are people who don't take any heat - because they just get instantly banned in a rather permanent fashion...
Unsatisfying Update. :(
Hate to admit it folks, but I don't know what is going on. A member here was going to cut the stickers for us and forward them to me - last I heard from him was 3 weeks ago on 5/12/2005, and now he isn't replying (or reading) my PMs.
My thought is to give him some...
Suprastore has had a bad reputation for a long time. I haven't heard much one way or the other for the last couple years, so they could easily have improved since.
Heh... I think the congratulations belong with the members. They are the ones causing the growth - either indirectly, by contributing knowledge that attracts more people, or directly, by recruiting people they meet.
The mod team tries to be reasonable, and the admin team tries to set things...
All you need to do is not rip around town at wide open throttle all the time and it's very quiet. Methinks your bro has a problem with the old lead foot disease, no? ;)

More than likely PCV. Mine does the same.
When checking the fog lights, the very first thing to check is the fuse. The second thing to check is the bulbs... I've had problems keeping bulbs alive in there.
I went from a 3inch elbow and DP to the DDP with integrated elbow. I haven't been dynoing the results, but there was definitely more power there.
Randy has dyno sheets that show a 29 rwhp increase when moving from a regular 3" DP to the 3" DDP. Dynos were done on the same car, same day...
IMO, if it's a MHG (and it doesn't have a rivet on the sealing surface like some cometics had) it's as good as any other MHG.
Stock toyota timing belt is fine. So is an aftermarket, for that matter.
If you manage to buy an engine harness for a reasonable price, let me know. I want one...
I agree with Joe.
You gain low end torque, and spool is faster.
You lose potential top end... so you're never going to build a 900rwhp monster with NA pistons unless you mount a head spacer to drop your compression again.
John Lunsford is absolutely running high compression pistons, see...
Flannel is good. The ladies can wear flannel nighties on satin sheets - or satin nighties on flannel sheets, for that matter, without ending up on the floor beside the bed a few hours after they go to sleep. There are few things nicer than a warm lady in a flannel babydoll in front of a...
