What is the risk of boosting hard on BHG motor?

We've seen our fair share of people with more money than brains (or lacking both leading to even more disaster). Don't fall into that category. First off, confirm the BHG, it might not even be a BHG but a pinhole leak releasing pressure in the cooling system (pressure raises the boiling...

Clutch Pedal comes up too far b4 engaging

No, don't remove the pin. Loosen the jam nut and turn the shaft to adjust it. Properly pedal freeplay is vital to the life of your clutch (if you're preloading it it will slip). Cygnus isn't working for me right now or I'd post the page from the TSRM so you know the spec, but I believe the...

    Power Steering Pressure Line

My aftermarket line fit perfect. On a side note, Orielly's carries 2 different lines, it looked like the other one might have been for a 1J...

After 3 months in the bodyshop, car is back!

You could also get the pigtails for the coilpacks and fix it properly (or replace the CPS and harness like I did since my CPS and harness was screwed anyway)

Please God help...(Pilot Bearing Will NOT Come out)

Forgot to mention that it probably wouldn't be a good idea to use heat. Oil seal right there, crank is forged, ect... Grinder works but it's time consuming as all hell, is the engine in the car still?

    solid rear axle

They also weigh a hell of a lot less and have low end torque. Titan still runs an IRS setup so far as I've seen as well. It's not a limitation.

    black89t's fat ass dent repair

Kept thinking it didn't look lined up right... then I noticed it was missing the mudflap part in front of the rear wheel. Still, that's one hell of a damn good job, I'd be scared I'd fuck it up...

    Wat the hell!! Why??

Water should make it worse... Also, you'd be pulling more amps, so higher load on alternator = harder to turn and slipping belt. Silicone hoses on the BOV and MBC, make sure you ziptie the ends so they don't leak.

    exhaust leak

Depends on the helicoil. If it's stock size they might pull out (mine did). Had to upgrade to the larger ones driftmotion sells.

Please God help...(Pilot Bearing Will NOT Come out)

My bro has had to remove one that was rusted in (wasn't a supra, but same thing) he nipped at it with a die grinder until it was thin enough to bend in on itself and remove. On a side note, I didn't replace mine as I couldn't source the correct puller, and it still moved the way it should...

Swapped in a rebuilt motor - low oil pressure

Stock one is accurate...if a bit slow like the boost and fuel gauges. 10w40 is going to nothing but make the situation worse if the valve is bleeding off pressure too early. Read the oil section of the forums before replying please...

    solid rear axle

I'd disagree. 60' times aren't high enough to say it's limited by the suspension. The limiting factor in my mind is the inability to fit enough rubber back there. MKIV has more room and most of the drag cars are IRS and I don't see them having issues lifting the front wheels...
