Did the Head Bolt fault affect N/As?

Bzzzzzt wrong. If you BHG, the main symptom is OVERHEATING. Lose the coolant and you overheat. Period, end of story. Rare cases it's caught in time and you can just swap the HG out. I'm not going to comment on your overall lack of understanding to how the EGR and EGR cooler works...

    Slipping Clutch HKS Dual Clutch

It may look like there is plenty of life in the disks, but they don't wear down to bare metal like brakes. They are either worn out or contaminated, either way changing them will fix it.

    Ebay Brakes

Drilled and slotted is pointless... One or the other, and slotted tend to not fail as easily from cracks. This is all pointless to really talk about as brakes is the WORST place to be cheap on. It is the one thing that if it fails will more than likely seriously injure or kill you...

Did the Head Bolt fault affect N/As?

No, it's not a poor head design. Overheat an inline six and you WILL warp the head. It's long a narrow. Seen it happen on 2J's before that have been overheated.

    Heat on crossmember

This is true. I've seen people basicly heattreat a bolt to the point where it was brittle and ended up shearing the head off.

That's for a W58... I THINK they make an R154 one, but there are better clutches for the money. Any clutch for that power level is going to be "grabby" until you get used to it...
