Depends on how much power you want to push. Stock injectors (if they have been recently cleaned and test out ok) are good to over 400rwhp. If you want more than that, you need bigger injectors.

I like the MAFT route, that's the way I went. It's a lot more flexible, in that you can run injectors that aren't 440 or 550, plus it's cheaper. For the MAFT all you need is the basic MAFT unit and a GM MAF sensor.

No, WB is taken from the main stream... and it just takes a sample, doesn't care what the total flow is.

Figure out what you want, and get the SM sticker guy to print them for you onto vinyl. Pictures of the various things written on fighter jets shouldn't be very hard to come up with... and I bet standard ARIAL font will look fine.
