1 ARP head bolt coated in oil?

You're sure it wasn't just oil in the head that ran down the bolt as you removed it?

    you won't beleive this B/S

This is also why, if you want to build a street racer, you should build an old, brown, turbo minivan. :)

    Wideband O2 sensors

I'm starting to get confused. How about you tell us what your goals are with the car, and then list the equipment you currently have. At that point, we can make suggestions for the cheapest / best route to the goals you have.

    ProLumen HID Kit

    Rice Or Not?

Well, I can see his point of view. I don't agree with it, but I can understand it, I guess. With regard to the Rice comment, anyhow, the jap crap is just ignorance. He's likely a die hard domestic guy, and anything that's built over the pond is rice to start with, then add the aftermarket...

    BOV testing

Hard to do with aftermarket units... but you could rig something up if you wanted to. You'd need to buy pipe ends to block boths ends of the pipe, snug them on there with clamps, mount an air valve in one and pressurize the pipe to about 20psi. Then use a vacuum pump to send vacuum to the BOV...
