that is the problem elxtrical tape, you need MASKING tape as it don't stretch ;) I was having too many issue when using electrical tape. Used masking ape and it worked fine :)

70 to 80 psi?? wtf?? dude that is nearly 30 psi - 40 psi of boost? Be hard pressed to get that much boost out of stock or even an upgraded turbo. Need a BIG turbo along the lines of a gt42r and up.

ND be aware that particular fuse is the one that feeds the ECU. I would disconnect the ECU and see if it continues to blow the fuse. If it doesn't there is your culprit :)
