ran it the same way the whole time.. even tried switching it cause i couldn't figure it out,, still did it..
but at 1-2 psi free reving its not flowing more then the CT at 16 psi
I have my metal one mounted in my spare tire well.. the thing is so damn big only place i could put it and still use the targa holders.. i guess its not nhra legal since its not bolted to the frame? oh well.. i dont even have a kill switch on it either... will change eventually..
yea, but you would figure it would still work reving.. when we rev the car to like 5-6k and let off it surges.. its not making but maybe 1-2 psi, if that.. and it still surges..
It may be part that its a small hole on the 3k pipe, but it worked for 16 psi on the ct.. so 1-2 psi on this turbo...
im prolly going to get that kit for my dd... i have the taylor metal bling bling in the blue car though.. i'll die or get cancer from my exhaust fumes before a battery..
My buddy is having a real bad surging problem with his car.. It has a bosch bov on it (we tried 2 different ones.. the 103 thats on his car and a spare 110 i had laying around both do it).. On the stock ct it worked great, no problems.. He recently upgraded to a 60-1 t-netics bolton and now its...
I'm liking my bfg KD's.. but got a GOOOOD deal on them.. wont pay 260 a tire.. i'd rather just have MT et street radials.. they wear kinda fast too.. i have maybe 3K miles on then and they are ~ 1/2 tread.. hard driving though..
Going to try some kumho mx's after.. or maybe some falken rt615...
better.. but i would still go higher.. my Tow hooks are ~ 1/2 - 1" lower then my IC.. still 60-70% of the ic is showing... if i need more I'll get a turboaduct
yea im leaning towards the dark green mica.. My paint guy owns a mkiii as well and has his painted silver stone metallic (nsx color, not the s2000) and looks bad ass.. says hes always had good luck with nsx colors.. maybe i'll have it shoot both on a part and see which i like better..
ok.. Time to decide on a color.. need some help.. going to paint the engine bay now, and do the rest of the car in a few months (for my dd)
Brooklands Green Prl - 93-96 NSX green
or
Dark Green Mica (whats the paint code??)
I've seen the nsx color at night on a local nsx.. it is damn...
