iirc the r150/151 is a .79 or .83 5th.. so it would be a lower gear..
how more more top end do you need.. at 6300 rpm in 5th i was doing 170.. hell with the 1jz at 7500 youll go 200..
my buddy bought one.. tried it out on my car (since we havn't built his piping yet) worked fine.. spring is loose (compaired to my hks) but works / sounds just the same... well see how it'll last but for 46 shipped w/ flange.. why not.. haha
its deff not easier on your clutch that way but its easier on your driveline.. you'll actually wear you clutch out faster that way..
But I do that, heal-toe gas and break and pop the clutch.. i hate it when people lurch forward the slam on the breaks.. lol..
I drive mine hard.. and when it breaks (not if cause I know it will break sometime) im not SOL trying to bum a ride to get to work.. I can beat the shit out of it and not worry about it..
