yea... i would assume the engines would weight close to the same +-50 lbs.. but im sure the auto trans if prolly heavier then the manual.. I want to get it as light as possible and not totally strip the car like no dash, door pannels, etc.. i'm starting to think 3100 is a stretch...

Just pin the 89 harness for the 87 body plugs.. it will take a little time but wont be bad 87 turbo ecu is better imo.. 6700 rev limit vs 6400..

Is there anyway to disable or bypass the stock alarm. This 87 i just picked up, when I unlock it with the key from either door the alarm will go off and I can't start it. :(
