I don't understand this. The car will crawl forward with your foot off the clutch, and the go pedal to the floor??? Are the revs climing while doing this? I'm taking it that the car is not moving, or just slightly movign forward. If the car isn't moving much, and the revs are up, the clutch...
ts04. 2 bar. 505rwhp and 522 ft. lbs. 110 leaded
I've also did hte same numbers with c16.
A true (no bolt on ct-26 hot side, or T3 hotside crap.. a REAL t4 turbo) 60-1 should get you to the 500whp mark. A 62-1 would get you 600+.
You need to figure out why the guage isn't reading anythyig before you stat jacking with pressures. You WILL pop the motor if you run not enough fuel pressure.
Don't do this blind.
When you do get pressure to read on the guage, run 2.5-3 bar of fuel pressure with *****no vacuum*****...
Problee won't attend the one at Matt's place. If it was saturday.. I'd be game.. but I've got stuff going on Sunday.
As long as you've got a wideband on it, and are keeping it richer than 11.3 to one, you should be just fine. Also.. don't run high fuel pressures, and dail back fuel with an...
Any codes? Plugs are easy.. start there. Then move on to checking codes and then onto checking out the TPS.
EDIT- I think this reply was open for a few hours while I did homewerk and got fuel in the daily.
Glad it's fixed, now for some NGK wires.
If the car is running on 5... it'll be VERY obvious. I'm talking the engine will be shaking and it'll not want to idle. If it's idleing.. and it misses eveyr now and then.. it's not a big deal. Mine does that. Something about having hte plugs gapped down to .028".
I say you pull the #1...
I would never run without a hood on these cars. Some of those electrical components aren't sealed (TPS) and could fail due to moisture. Installing the hood is 6 bolts. Hardest part is getting someone to help you out with it. :)
You will seriously know if the car is running on 5 cylinders...
You MUST measure the bore the bearing sits in, and the journal. that is the ONLY way to do it. Otherwise.. you'll end up with rod knock from not doing it properly.
I was running a bar of boost after a 2 mile drive around our culdesac. Needless to say.. I beat on the car the Mototuneusa way.
My compression numbers after 230 miles were 141-145 cold with 3 compression strokes. If I let the car crank until the guage peaked, I'd see low 150s. A hot...
