I run a JDM ECU and no EGR. Not really by choice, but because the previous owner of my engine had it like that and I didn't want to bother getting all the pieces again.
If you have a USDM ECU you're going to have to spend some money to get it right again. Either a JDM ECU (easiest solution...
It's very difficult if not impossible to match the stock fan. It still perplexes me why people switch away from the stock mechanical fan.
OP: Why not swap back to the original fan set-up? Keeps it plenty cool and the mishimoto rad fits the stock fan set-up perfectly. At least mine does. :dunno:
Realistically the answer is 100% no in my book.
a non-turbo, stock, clean mk3 can be fine. The car you're looking at? Absolutely not. Unless you are the shining example of the calm, mild-mannered, scared-of-speed 16 year old that doesn't exist in this reality then you should be nowhere near a...
Worthwhile to spend the $40-50 to replace, but probably not a huge deal to leave as is. Just makes your engine more messy.

Heavier oil is only beneficial is you have bearings that are SCREWED or if you had the engine completely rebuilt professionally and they specd it for heavier oil. Use 0-30 or 5-30, maybe 10-30 unless your motor is already fucked or you have a specially made, custom race engine built for heavy...
There are plenty 10 or even 12" boxes that are shallow and clear the targa. A lot of truck style boxes work well on their backside. Just measure the trunk and find dimensions of the box in mind.

Resister change is in the tach. You simply desolder one and solder another in.
Try searching Google for 4cefed.com. that has the details and resistance values.

Good to hear its running well. The tach fix is easy, but a little work. Just a simple resistor change.
Speed gear should be easy as well.

This is exactly the moronic puke that defiles internet car forums.
Terbo boost... Your lack of understanding and comprehension is nearly mind blowing. Congrats.
Now please go read a book.
