I think you have the right section, no worries there. At least its close (unlike plenty other threads... lol)
Dr. Tweak of Pheonix Tuning does rewires on the harness. It's not cheap, but it looks to be top notch work and its about the only "professional" option around these days. Plan on...
Lol, mine or his?
Main point again: oil pressure readings from stock gauge are for a base reference only. A good test gauge is needed for any diagnostic info or to indicate whether your engine is in trouble.

A decent stock na mkiv will set you back 2 or 3 times that easy. Clean turbo mkiv? Closer to 25-30.
Not to mention some of us actually like the mk3 styling. :P

Been covered a lot before. There was a good recent thread even.
Anyways, EBC will cost more and generally offers in cabin "PID" adjustment (control when it starts to open and how fast it opens, etc...). MBC will be super cheap, but can be hard to adjust correctly and may spike on you. If you...
I didn't realize simulation racing with impeccable racing physics was actually about representing a specific continent's automotive history. :P
I gotta give you a hard time about this, kai. No hard feelings. I bet if you had the chance to sit behind a good wheel and race 20 laps on nurburgring...
Lol, so are you saying that if the game has 1000+ you wont touch it simply because they include a bunch of skylines and civics? No matter how you cut it the game has over a thousand cars and that is impressive. Not to mention the driving physics with a good wheel are second to none.
I am still...
Holy fuck. I'm so tired of these oil pressure threads. My stock gauge shows nearly zero and has for nearly 4 years at idle. It's fucking fine. 11 psi, driven hard, DAILY, 15K MILES A YEAR. The stock gauges are worthless for determining engine health.
Get a mechanical gauge and get an actual...
^^ precisely why you should learn here over other certain supra sites...
There is more easily accessible info here than possibly anywhere else you'll find.
Spend some quality time in the subject matter expert section.

Does the noise go away in 4th gear? If so, its likely transmission related. If not, then clutch to bearing is a good place to check.

I did mine with the head on. I used rope in the cylinders to hold the valves up. Do one cylinder at a time. Not easy, but less overall work than removing a good sealing head.
Of course my head took a dump on me a few months later so all that preventative work on the Damn valve seals was...
Use 10-30, 5-30 or 0-30 for street driven stock motors. Only up the viscosity if you have a modified lubrication system or a dying motor on its last limb that you need to limp home...
Race oils are for racing not street sprints. If you're not on a road course doing hot laps a 60w oil should be...
OP: Do you know why you want TI valves? Do you know what copper beryllium is? Do you know what the stock pistons are made of? Anyone that is building a motor and uses the term "How much psi" scares me. :aigo:
You have to walk before you can run and I have a feeling you're planning to sprint a...
Fwiw, my cc lights are waaaayy too bright. Is love it if they were 50% as bright as they are.
Those of you who say they are not too bright, can you take a pic of the cc and the dash in the same pic? I haven't seen anybody with a basic led swapped dash that is even close to matching the led...
Always machine the block for a mhg. Always.
Every. Single. Time.
If you can't pull the block, you can't use a mhg. Plain and simple. This is exactly why.
Pull it apart, machine the head again or at least have it checked by a shop and use an oem Toyota gasket.
