You would have to worry about the oil feed and drain for the turbo. It is possible.

Yea, the BOV could be your problem...I have a TurboXS vented to atmosphere, and it RARELY stalls, but it could be your problem...try putting the stock bpv/bov back on, and see if your problem persists, and also fix your TPS, a bad one will cause all kinds of weird problems...
